The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation believes that all people can do meaningful work. People with disabilities can work with DVR to get a job and learn about job options. DVR offers tools, services, and support. Jobs can lead to more independence and connect people to their communities. Success in a job can also improve quality of life. DVR has offices all over Washington state and has been a community partner for more than 80 years.
Services We Provide:

We provide individualized vocational rehabilitation counseling, employment services and supports to people with disabilities who want to work, but face substantial barriers in finding meaningful and sustained employment.

Work Source is a statewide partnership of
state, local and nonprofit agencies that provides an array of employment and training services to job seekers and employers in Washington.

WTA’s paratransit service provides curb-to-curb (and if needed, door-to-door) transportation to riders whose disability prevents them from riding our fixed route bus system. Paratransit service is designed to be equal to—not better than—our fixed route service. For this reason, paratransit’s service area and hours of operation mirror those of our fixed routes.
